Each lot not picked up by close of businnes Sunday July 10th will be subject to a $5.00 fee for storage up to 2 days after official pick up . Any lot not picked up after 2 days after official pick up will be considered abandoned and forfeited back to the auctuion house for disposal. We will bill your card weekly or if picked up earlier for the number of days the lots have been stored. Fee is PER Lot, meaning 5 items will equate to a $25.00 storage charge. All lots not picked up after 2 days after official pick up will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly. THIS IS A LOCAL PICK UP AUCTION ONLY. WE DO NOT SHIP. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
