This auction has a soft close feature, if a bid is placed within the last 1 minute of the lot ending time the auction will extend by an extra 1 minute. The Soft close feature will be linked for all lots. EVERY item is sold AS IS, No refunds given. Please come preview the items before purchasing. We cannot ship any item! All items must be paid for and picked up by Saturday, April 27th. Won items will be charged the invoice balance to the card on file the next day after the auction closes. Preview/ Inspection Date/Time: Auction Preview Day will be Wednesday April 24th, 10:00-am to 2:00-pm Auction Pick Up- Auction items can be picked up on Thursday 4/25/24 and Friday 4/26/24 from 10:00 am to 2:15 and 3:20 pm to 5:00 pm. Pickup is also Saturday, April 27th from 11:00am – 2:00 pm. Auction Pick up Location: 617 Madison Street Palmyra NJ 08065 Payments Forms: Credit Card on file from auction registration, which will be processed on the next day after the auction closes. Buyer Premium: 13% buyer's premium plus 6.625% State Sales Tax. Any items not picked up will be FORFIETED with no refunds issued. The invoice Price will be the restocking Fee. By agreeing to the terms and Conditions you are entering into a legally binding contract, and you are giving us permission to charge the card on file for your winning items and fees associated. By bidding you are accepting the terms and conditions of this auction and are relinquishing the ability to perform a Credit Card Chargeback. Items will close in numeric order with a soft close of one minute with 10 seconds between lots closing. Soft close means that any bid within the final minute of an item will, in turn, add an additional minute to that item and all items following. Items listed as “open box” may be new or used items; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the items prior to bidding.
