A TO Z AUCTIONEERS makes every attempt to describe all items clearly and accurately No liability for errors, accuracy, or omissions is assumed by the seller. 15% Buyers Premium PLUS 3% Credit card fee & State sales taxes must be paid to the auctioneer and will be applied to every bill. Exceptions : Tax Resale certificates will be accepted ONLY if the buyer is registered in NJ, and must provide tax resale certificate number upon registration 25% Deposit required by the winning bidder. Deposit to be paid immediately after winning bid. If deposit requirements are not met then the auctioneer reserves the right to resell item or items anytime during the sale without notice to the bidder No items are allowed to be removed until PAID in full . Payment must be made within 24hrs of completed sale. The winning bidder is responsible for Disconnecting and Removing their winning lots at their Own Risk and Expense. Removal/pick-ups of all Items purchased must be completed in accordance with the terms stated by the Auctioneer. All Items must be removed from location on pick-up dates, otherwise items will be FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND
